Feel The Vibrations
Muzikaldunk is a music producer who’s been making amazing music for over 20 years. She’s got this knack for live sound and beat-making, blending them perfectly with her performances with her band, MOBBLUZ. Her music’s even landing in an upcoming anime, and her instrumental tapes are out there for everyone to stream or buy. Muzikaldunk is also aiming to get her music placed in TV and film through sync licensing.
Born and raised in Philly, Muzikaldunk is a real powerhouse. Her drumming style is both eclectic and electrifying, and her production skills are top-notch. Every time she hits the stage, her energy is infectious, turning concerts into unforgettable experiences that take the audience on a unique journey.
Leading bands like MOBBLUZ and JJX, she’s made a significant mark in the alternative jazz/rock and punk rock scenes. Plus, she’s the heartbeat of The Remixologist DJs, bringing her beats to all kinds of events. Her expertise go far beyond performing—she’s seamlessly creative through her music production, A/V production, music curation, advertising, and education too.
Big names like MERCK, The Hilton, The US Embassy, Spotify, and Beyond The Bars have noticed her creative genius. She’s a community advocate and activist, having created a haven for artists in Southwest Philly with her rehearsal and audio/visual studio. Muzikaldunk loves sharing her knowledge to help the next generation of musicians.
Since 2016, Muzikaldunk has also been drumming for the world-renowned soul and jazz singer Ingrid Arthur, a former member of the Weather Girls. She’s toured internationally with Ingrid and her group, Gospel Voices of America, hitting famous venues like Quasimodo Berlin, the Berlin Philharmoniker, and multiple German festival stages from 2017 to 2019.
Her foray into musical theater has been super exciting. She had a breakout role in “Macbeth in Stride,” written by the Tony-nominated Whitney White, which sparked a new passion for the stage. She’s diving into more theater shows and honing her skills. Her musicality is also displayed in “The Duat,” by award-winning Roger Q. Mason.
And here’s the full-circle moment—she recently joined Pure Hell, the first Black punk rock band from West Philly. It’s a huge milestone for her, representing female drummers in the punk rock scene and carrying forward this iconic band’s legacy. She’s honored to fill in and play with them this year, stepping into the shoes of the late, great drummer Spider.
Muzikaldunk is a dynamo, effortlessly blending her roles as a musician, producer, educator, community leader, curator, and band leader. Her drive, commitment to artistic excellence, and relentless creativity make her a standout figure in the global music scene.
